About this notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Sentinel Management L.L.C-FZ (“Sentinel”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit sentinelmanagement.ae or contact us by the enquiry form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies to our processing, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Sentinel Management L.L.C-FZ, licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, under licence number 2538805.01, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect
Enquiry form. Your name, email address and a brief project description are required. You may also give your organisation, phone number, the kind of support you need, the project location and the intended timing. We also record the time of submission and a reference number for the message.
Direct contact. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and the content of your messages.
Website visits. Like every web server, our hosting server records technical access data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser type. To protect the enquiry form against automated abuse, the form handler keeps a one-way coded (hashed) version of the sender's IP address for no longer than one hour.
Investor area. The investor area and the project briefings in it are protected by a password that we give to invited investors. When you sign in, your browser stores one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in for 12 hours and opens the briefings; it contains no personal data. To protect the area against password guessing, the server keeps a one-way coded (hashed) version of the IP address of failed sign-in attempts for no longer than one hour.
Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal data, such as health information, in your first enquiry. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies on this website, and the sign-in cookie of the investor area is the only cookie it sets.
Why we use it and on what basis
We use your enquiry and contact details to answer you, discuss your project and prepare a possible proposal or cooperation. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and it is in our legitimate interest to communicate with prospective clients and partners.
We use technical access data to operate the website securely and to prevent abuse, which is our legitimate interest. We may also process personal data where the law requires it.
Where none of these grounds applies, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
Where the GDPR applies, the corresponding legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) and, where relevant, (a).
Who receives your data
Your data is accessed only by the Sentinel team members who handle your enquiry. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our web hosting provider, Tasjeel.ae (Host Arabia FZ-LLC, United Arab Emirates), which hosts this website and its enquiry form, and our email service provider, which delivers and stores our business email.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy. We may share data with professional advisers or public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data and we do not add you to marketing lists.
International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Our team and our service providers may access or store personal data in other countries, for example while travelling. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we do so only as permitted by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation. If no cooperation follows, we delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact. If a contract follows, we keep the related records for the periods required by law, for example for accounting.
The enquiry form does not store the content of your message on the web server; it delivers it to our business mailbox. Server access logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its standard log rotation. Coded IP addresses used for abuse protection are deleted within one hour.
How we protect it
The website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The enquiry form checks every submission on the server, limits repeated submissions and does not accept files. The investor area checks the password on the server and limits repeated sign-in attempts. Access to our mailbox and hosting account is restricted to authorised people.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the applicable law, you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing or a copy of your data in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests or withdraw your consent.

If you believe that we have not handled your data lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent authority: in the United Arab Emirates, the UAE Data Office; in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Children
This website is intended for business enquiries. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We will update this notice when our website or our handling of personal data changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
